Day by Day Itinerary
Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park, exploring open grasslands, woodland, and seasonal swamps that attract wildlife throughout the year. Look for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, and a variety of bird species. With luck, you may also spot lions or leopards resting in the shade or searching for prey.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during your safari before continuing your afternoon wildlife exploration. Your guide will help you identify animals and explain how they survive in this remarkable ecosystem.
Later, leave the park and travel to Karatu, a charming town surrounded by green hills and farmland. Check in at your comfortable lodge, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight.

After breakfast, depart Karatu and travel towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Depending on the time of year, you may encounter sections of the Great Wildebeest Migration. The location of the herds varies with rainfall and grazing conditions, so sightings differ between seasons.
After a picnic lunch, continue your wildlife exploration through the afternoon. Enjoy the wide horizons, spectacular skies, and natural beauty of the Serengeti while learning about its animals, vegetation, and delicate ecological balance.
