Spend a full day exploring the Ndutu plains in search of the Great Wildebeest Migration. During the calving season, usually from December to March, thousands of wildebeest give birth across the southern plains, attracting predators and creating remarkable wildlife-viewing opportunities.
With your guide, explore grasslands, woodland areas and seasonal water sources in search of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, giraffes and resident predators. Keep watch for lions and cheetahs hunting across the open plains. You may also encounter hyenas, jackals and a variety of bird species.

After breakfast, depart Ndutu and travel towards Central Serengeti, enjoying wildlife viewing along the way. As you enter the central region, the scenery changes to vast savannah plains, rocky kopjes and scattered acacia trees.
Central Serengeti, particularly the Seronera area, is renowned for its resident wildlife and excellent opportunities to spot big cats. Enjoy game drives in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and other plains animals. Your guide will select suitable areas based on recent wildlife activity and road conditions.
