Day by Day Itinerary
After breakfast in Arusha, meet your professional safari guide and depart for Tarangire National Park. Known for its impressive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and beautiful savannah landscapes, Tarangire is an excellent destination to begin your Tanzania wildlife adventure.
Enjoy a game drive through the park in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas and other wildlife. The Tarangire River attracts many animals, particularly during the dry season, creating excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. You may also encounter lions and other predators.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during your safari before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later, leave the park and travel to your lodge or tented camp in the Karatu area for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for the Ndutu area, part of the greater Serengeti ecosystem. Travel through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying views of rolling hills, open grasslands and traditional Maasai country along the way.
Upon reaching Ndutu, begin exploring the plains with a game drive. The area is particularly famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration and, during the calving season, the arrival of thousands of newborn wildebeest. The abundant grazing also attracts zebras, gazelles and predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during the journey and continue your wildlife exploration before heading to your accommodation. Spend the evening relaxing at your lodge or tented camp and enjoy dinner in the African wilderness.

Spend a full day exploring Ndutu's renowned wildlife plains in search of the Great Wildebeest Migration. During the calving season, generally from December to March, large herds of wildebeest gather here to give birth, creating remarkable opportunities to observe newborn calves and the predators that depend on the herds.
Set out after breakfast with your guide to explore open grasslands, woodland areas and seasonal lakes. Look for wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants and giraffes, while keeping an eye out for lions, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals. The region's diverse birdlife also offers excellent photography opportunities.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your afternoon game drive. As the day draws to a close, return to your accommodation for dinner and a relaxing evening.

After breakfast, depart Ndutu and travel towards Central Serengeti, enjoying wildlife viewing along the way. As you enter the central region, the landscape opens into vast savannah plains dotted with acacia trees and distinctive rocky kopjes.
Central Serengeti, particularly the Seronera area, is well known for its resident wildlife and excellent opportunities to spot big cats. Your game drive may reveal lions resting on rocky outcrops, leopards sheltering in trees, cheetahs scanning the grasslands, and elephants moving across the plains.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during your journey and continue exploring the park in the afternoon. Later, arrive at your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Enjoy breakfast before departing Central Serengeti for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Travel through the Serengeti's wildlife-rich plains and gradually approach the scenic Ngorongoro highlands.
Depending on your route and timing, enjoy game viewing along the way, with opportunities to spot grazing animals, predators and a variety of bird species. Your guide will select suitable stops based on wildlife activity, road conditions and the day's schedule.
Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area or nearby Karatu. Spend the evening relaxing, enjoying dinner and preparing for your final wildlife excursion into Ngorongoro Crater.
